Distillery Tech Inc is a company that accelerates innovation through nearshore software development, supporting essential applications and technology teams. The Sales Director will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for Distillery’s services
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and campaign-based efforts
- Lead consultative discovery calls to deeply understand client needs and position Distillery’s capabilities effectively
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Work with Account Managers and Delivery to ensure smooth client transitions post-sale
- Track pipeline activity in Salesforce and deliver accurate forecasts and insights to leadership
- Partner with marketing and SDRs to shape outbound campaigns and improve lead conversion
- Develop and execute MSAs and Statements of Work in partnership with contract management
- Stay current on market trends and client challenges to evolve sales strategy and positioning
- Contribute to the development of a repeatable playbook for new business acquisition
Skills
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B services, ideally in software development, IT consulting, or nearshore delivery
- Demonstrated success acquiring new logos and meeting/exceeding quota in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, with a track record of proactively engaging leads
- Goal-oriented and skilled in networking and influencing decision-makers
- Ability to own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
- Experience selling nearshore resources is a plus
- Experience selling data related projects and resources is a plus
