Responsibilities
- Identifying and bringing in the people building and scaling the systems behind our growth
- Helping hire the talent that keeps our supply chain resilient, our operations efficient, and our teams ready to execute as we scale
- Supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions
Skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related business functions
- Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity
- Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles where business impact matters
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable
