They are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join their team, focusing on building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and driving enterprise migration programs within the GCP ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and analytical architectures within the GCP ecosystem
- Assessing, planning, and driving enterprise migration programs across data, applications, and cloud platforms
- Helping clients modernize their technology landscape, optimize legacy systems, and enable scalable, cloud-native architectures aligned with business goals
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3+ years working extensively on GCP
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or Java/Scala for data processing and scripting
- Proven experience with GCP services such as: BigQuery, Dataflow / Apache Beam, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Cloud Functions
- Experience in building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and optimizing query performance on cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of data modeling, partitioning, and schema design for analytical workloads
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Terraform, and version control (e.g., Git)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
