Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lone Star Markets is a company providing unattended retail markets inside apartment buildings across the United States. They are seeking an Account Executive who will focus on converting inbound leads into signed partnerships while managing the sales process from initial inquiry to agreement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize inbound and warm leads while maintaining consistent follow-ups
- Build relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and asset managers
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate site visits and present tailored proposals to prospective partners
- Drive the full sales process from initial inquiry through to signed agreement
- Collaborate with founders and operations to move deals forward and close opportunities
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record managing pipelines and closing deals
- Strong verbal communication and professional written communication skills
- Confidence running sales calls and presenting solutions to clients
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience selling to U.S. customers
- Experience selling to property managers, ownership groups, or real estate companies
- Background in service-based or solution sales
- Experience coordinating site visits or working cross-functionally with operations teams
