They are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to manage a full 360 desk, focusing on business development, recruiting, and account management within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Run a full 360 desk across business development, recruiting, and account management
- Develop and grow relationships with financial institutions, investment firms, and alternative asset managers
- Execute searches ranging from mid-level professionals through senior executive leadership
- Build long-term candidate pipelines within highly specialized financial markets
- Partner with internal research and delivery teams to maximize production
- Leverage one of the industry's strongest technology and market intelligence platforms
- Opportunity to develop leadership responsibilities over time based on performance and interest
Skills
- 3-8+ years of executive search/direct hire recruiting experience
- Experience running a true 360 desk (BD, Recruiting, Account Management)
- Consistent annual production history: ~$400K+ for emerging producers, ~$500K+ for established recruiters, ~$600K+ preferred for senior hires
- Strong business development and client ownership capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a long-term business
- Financial services recruiting experience preferred
