The Opportunity: Provider Customer Service Representative

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representatives. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery. If you're located within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones, you'll have the opportunity to telecommute* as you tackle challenging and rewarding work that directly supports healthcare providers caring for our members.

At careerzynith, we're committed to setting you up for success. This position includes a comprehensive 14-week paid training program conducted virtually from your home. Training hours will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday, during which you'll gain in-depth knowledge of:
