Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Service Desk Specialist / Live Chat Agent to join the careerzynith support team. This role is the front line of technical assistance for our mobile application, ensuring that users receive prompt, courteous, and effective help via live chat and ticketing channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys solving problems for a diverse user base. This position is fully remote, but candidates must be Colorado residents to comply with state‑based employment requirements.
