As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of careerzynith, ensuring that every interaction—whether via phone, chat, or email—reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining high ratings, achieving Superhost status, and fostering long‑term loyalty among travelers and property partners.

Role Overview

This is a part‑time, contract‑to‑hire position that begins in mid‑October for an initial three‑month period, with the potential to transition into a permanent schedule in January 2025. The primary focus is on managing guest communications, resolving issues, and supporting property operations across careerzynith’s portfolio of short‑term rentals. You will work remotely, aligning your schedule with Central and Eastern U.S. time zones, and you will be expected to be available on Thursdays and Fridays from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. CST. Exceptional candidates may also be considered for additional overnight shifts (11 p.m. – 7 a.m. CST).
