The mission of the Idaho Department of Labor is to support individuals through career transitions, determine benefit eligibility, connect employers with workers and oversee tax and labor law compliance.
The Unemployment Insurance (UI) division at the IDOL is currently recruiting for two full-time Claims Specialists (Workforce Consultant). These positions are instrumental in administering and navigating Idaho's unemployment benefits program. The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, a dedication to quality customer service, and the ability to work independently. This position will work primarily in the UI tax division.
