Role Overview
RGP is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to support clients in configuring, enhancing, and effectively using their Workday environments. The consultant will partner with HR, Compensation, and Payroll teams to deliver high-quality solutions within the Workday HCM suite, with a focus on Advanced Compensation and/or US Payroll.
What You Will Do
Configure, enhance, and support Workday HCM functionality for client organizations, lead or support key client processes, gather and analyze client requirements, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and guide clients through Workday release reviews.

Requirements
- Experience in Advanced Compensation and/or US Payroll, including configuration and testing
- Hands-on configuration and support experience with Workday HCM
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a consulting environment
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with client stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, system-based solutions
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and cross-functional impacts
