Lead Qualifier – Veteran Focus Job Title: Lead Qualifier – Veteran Focus Location: Tamarac, FL (On-site preferred; remote considered) Department: Franchise Development Employment Type: Part-Time Travel: Limited   Role Overview PuroClean is seeking a Lead Qualifier to help identify and engage veterans interested in franchise ownership. This role is well suited for someone with military experience or familiarity with the veteran community who is passionate about helping other veterans transition into civilian business ownership. You will serve as the first point of contact for veteran candidates, guiding them through the early stages of the franchise discovery process, assessing fit, and helping qualified veterans move forward. Your experience or understanding will help build trust and create meaningful connections with prospective veteran franchise owners.   Mission of the Role Help recruit, engage, and qualify military veterans as potential PuroClean franchise owners by leveraging your military background or understanding of the veteran community, communication skills, and ability to assess leadership potential.   Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries from veteran and civilian franchise candidates  Conduct initial phone screenings with an additional focus on veteran candidates  Build rapport using military experience or an understanding of the veteran transition experience Evaluate leadership experience, operational mindset, and business readiness  Educate candidates on franchise ownership and the PuroClean opportunity  Conduct follow-ups to maintain engagement with veteran prospects  Schedule and coordinate Discovery Days for qualified candidates  Partner with Franchise Development team on candidate recommendations  Track candidate activity in CRM system  Help develop strategies specifically aimed at attracting veteran franchise owners  Ideal Background This role is well suited for individuals with experience in: Military recruiting or retention  Leadership roles (NCO, Officer, Senior Enlisted)  Operations or mission planning  Transition assistance or mentoring  Business development or sales  Training or instruction   Qualifications Military veteran or experience working with the veteran community strongly preferred  Experience in recruiting, sales, lead qualification, or candidate screening preferred  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Ability to build trust quickly with veteran candidates  Organized and comfortable managing follow-ups  Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems  Occasional travel for franchise events  Education not required — equivalent military experience welcomed   Why Veterans Excel in This Role Ability to evaluate leadership potential  Strong communication and rapport-building skills  Experience following structured processes  Passion for helping veterans succeed  Mission-driven mindset  We strongly encourage veterans and individuals with experience supporting the veteran community to apply.
