Key Responsibilities
Venture Ideation: Proactively scout market inefficiencies, consumer trends, and technological shifts to conceptualize high-velocity digital ventures.
Business Model Design: Architect the economic engine, incentive structures, and financial models for new ventures, ensuring long-term sustainability and market dominance.
Market Validation: Deploy rigorous quantitative and qualitative validation frameworks to stress-test concepts against real-world demand before deploying significant capital.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and orchestrate high-impact launch strategies, identifying distribution channels and growth loops that maximize early adoption and momentum.
Founder Collaboration: Partner closely with incoming founders and executive talent, serving as the strategic backbone during the critical early phases of formation.
Venture Incubation: Oversee the end-to-end incubation pipeline, guiding ventures from initial blueprint through proof-of-concept to fully independent execution.
The Requirements
The "Builder": Proven experience launching digital products, platforms, or companies from the ground up. You know the friction points of the 0-to-1 journey and how to bypass them.
Analytical Rigor: You don't make business decisions based on "gut feeling." You are comfortable looking at raw market data, user behavior, and financial projections to make cold, calculated decisions.
Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. Building companies requires deep focus and real-time pivoting. You must be available 7 days a week to capitalize on market windows and keep incubation timelines moving.
Web3 Literacy: You possess a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape. You understand decentralized networks, digital asset mechanics, and the unique psychology of internet-native communities.
