Job Description:
The Test Registered Nurse will be responsible for performing non-clinical functions in accordance with policies and procedures under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. The role includes sorting incoming faxes and mail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements. The candidate will participate in training for the first 3 weeks of the assignment, requiring dedication without time-off requests during this period. Post-training, work shifts will be determined within the 7AM-8PM CT block, with an expectation of 8-hour shifts.
Critical Information:
• A HIPAA compliant workspace required with a distraction-free environment.
• Ability to hard-wire into internet modem; wireless connections are insufficient.
• Minimum typing speed of 25-30 WPM is required.
• Previous CVS/Aetna work experience is not necessary.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in Data Entry.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry (hospital, managed care, physician office, PBM, etc.).
• Proficient in Windows applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and interpersonal communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Preferred knowledge of prescription drug products, dosage forms, and medical/pharmacy terminology.
Education/ Licenses Needed:
