Role Overview
The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a customer-facing role that combines strong construction scheduling knowledge with strong communication and technical aptitude. This role is designed for experienced construction professionals who have built and managed project schedules and are comfortable explaining how work gets planned, sequenced, and executed.
What You Will Do
Partner with Sales to support qualified opportunities from discovery through close. You'll lead technical conversations, deliver workflow-driven product demos, and help prospects connect their existing scheduling practices to Planera.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or heavy civil construction
- Hands-on experience building and managing project schedules
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred), Microsoft Project
- Solid understanding of CPM scheduling principles, project sequencing and dependencies
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with construction professionals at all levels
