LabX Media Group is seeking a strategic, results-driven email marketing professional to lead email marketing initiatives across multiple brands, with a focus on promoting digital events including webinars, online symposiums, and virtual summits.
Reporting to the Manager, eMarketing Services, this role is responsible for driving the performance and optimization of event marketing campaigns while ensuring operational excellence across the campaign lifecycle. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the webinar production team, the successful candidate will develop and execute data-driven strategies focused on audience engagement, registrations, conversion performance, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and strategic thinking with hands-on execution experience and proven leadership capabilities. They will play a key role in standardizing processes, improving campaign performance through testing and optimization, and scaling best practices across the business.
In addition, this role will lead and mentor a team of two Campaign Specialists, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, professionally, and on schedule.

10% – Administrative responsibilities, including email management, meetings, reporting, and task coordination
10% – Team leadership and people management, including 1:1s, coaching, and team development
20% – Hands-on campaign execution and supporting team workload where required
25% – Stakeholder collaboration, campaign reporting, and strategic partnership with Roxanne’s team
35% – Strategic planning, SOP development, process optimization, testing, and continuous performance improvement
