Pay Range

$44.15 - $66.25

Develops and implements advanced proactive, innovative and dynamic sourcing strategy for forecasted and un-forecasted staffing demands. Creatively sources, assesses and selects qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open positions. Researches, networks, builds relationships and cultivates short term and long-term talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions. Supports building of strong employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent and be responsible for creating an exceptional candidate experience. Anticipates industry trends, seeks out and utilizes labor market information to ensure best-in-class candidate sourcing.
