Role Overview

The Customer Development Manager is a pivotal member of the North America Operations Unit (NAOU) Sales Organization. In this role, you will drive volume and revenue growth by proactively managing complex, high‑impact accounts and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, leveraging telephone‑based engagement, data‑driven discovery, and cross‑functional collaboration to deepen relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver measurable business results.

This position is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the Customer Development Leadership Team. You will be accountable for both personal performance metrics and the collective goals of the assigned account teams, ensuring that careerzynith’s strategic objectives are met and exceeded.

careerzynith offers a competitive salary range of $81,800 – $100,900, commensurate with experience, geographic location, and demonstrated expertise. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that may include:
