Senior Manager, Sales Strategy Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative leader to oversee reseller governance, pricing and contract coordination, and cross-functional program execution supporting enterprise customer reseller relationships. This role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Pricing, Risk Management, Sales, and external partners to ensure operational excellence, compliance, risk mitigation, and successful execution of strategic programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and can effectively manage complex business initiatives and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead governance and coordination of RFPs, contracts, renewals, and strategic customer programs  Manage reseller governance processes including pricing, rebates, supplier/GPO fees, and compliance oversight  Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Risk, Sales, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution  Support implementation readiness and operational onboarding activities  Monitor operational, contractual, and financial risks while driving issue resolution and escalation management  Prepare executive-level communications, reporting, and recommendations for leadership  Maintain governance documentation, reporting tools, and operational playbooks  Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners  Qualifications 7+ years of experience in supplier diversity, strategic program management, procurement, operations, pricing, or related business functions  Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives  Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills  Experience with contract governance, pricing structures, operational processes, or enterprise customer support preferred  Preferred Skills Supplier diversity and reseller program experience  Risk management and governance experience  Executive communication and presentation skills  Experience working with enterprise customers and strategic partners  Why Join Us This is an opportunity to play a highly visible role supporting strategic business initiatives, operational governance, and enterprise partnerships while helping drive scalable, compliant, and customer-focused solutions across the organization.   **It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
