Job Overview Summary
The Senior Global Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for the design, analysis, governance, and continuous improvement of global compensation programs. This role operates as a subject matter expert, driving scalable, data-driven compensation strategies that support enterprise objectives.
The position has global scope across multiple regions, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant, while incorporating regional market dynamics, including experience in Ireland and India. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition, while maintaining ownership of compensation frameworks, analytics, and governance within the CoE.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Global Compensation Program Design & Governance
Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks aligned with Total Rewards strategy
Establish and maintain governance, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across regions
Partner with HRBPs to enable execution, while retaining CoE ownership of program design and decision frameworks
Contribute to development of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture
Market Intelligence & Global Insights
Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other sources
Provide enterprise-level insights on compensation trends across regions, incorporating knowledge of Ireland and India markets
Ensure programs reflect external competitiveness and internal equity
Monitor regulatory changes, including pay transparency and local compliance requirements
Advanced Analytics & Modeling
Develop and maintain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding, workforce planning)
Leverage advanced Excel and data tools to perform scenario modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting
Lead analyses on pay equity, compression, and compensation effectiveness
Build scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to support executive decision-making
Global Compensation Cycle Leadership
Lead design and execution of global compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) from a CoE perspective
Define process frameworks, timelines, and governance; ensure consistent adoption across regions
Partner with HR, Finance, and HRIS teams to deliver accurate and efficient execution
Continuously enhance processes for scalability, automation, and user experience
Process Excellence & Collaboration
Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies
Design and implement standardized templates, models, and workflows
Lead or support cross-functional transformation initiatives within Total Rewards
Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact compensation issues
Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear recommendations
Location
This role is open to candidates working remotely in the United States.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards.
Demonstrated experience within Total Rewards or Compensation CoE model.
Solid knowledge in global compensation across multiple regions.
Experience with Radford or similar market data sources
Advanced Excel and modeling skills required.
Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools (i.e. UKG, HRSoft)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of international markets, including Ireland and India.
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools.
Knowledge of learning evaluation frameworks.
Experience working within a Center of Excellence or shared services model.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.

The base salary range for this role is $90,367 - $165,673. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
