We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to take the lead in managing TikTok-based contests and community engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing contest entries, tracking performance metrics, and communicating with participants both those who qualify and those who don't.
You will play a key part in maintaining the brands voice while ensuring fairness, clarity, and transparency throughout the contest process.
Key Responsibilities
Contest Entry Review
- Review and assess TikTok contest entries based on predefined criteria and ensure compliance with campaign rules and brand standards.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze the performance of contest-related content, including engagement, reach, and entry trends.
- Provide weekly insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
Participant Outreach:
- Notify participants who do not meet contest criteria, providing constructive and clear feedback.
- Reach out to qualified participants with next steps, congratulations, or additional requirements.
- Respond to questions or concerns from entrants in a timely and professional manner.
