- Experience working in an agency or corporate marketing environment

- Proven ability to generate creative ideas and execute campaigns collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple brands/workstreams
- Deep understanding of social creative and paid social best practices
- Awareness of consumer media consumption trends and digital culture
