Role Overview
The Site Manager will lead the on-site execution of a utility-scale photovoltaic project, ensuring compliance with project planning, quality standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and client specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in photovoltaic construction, and proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in field environments.
What You Will Do
Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities, manage and supervise subcontractors, ensure works are executed according to approved engineering, construction procedures, and project schedule, and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company HSE standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial) or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in utility-scale photovoltaic projects
- Proven experience as Site Manager or similar leadership role in U.S. construction projects
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and U.S. safety standards
- Solid understanding of PV plant construction processes (civil works, tracker installation, DC/AC works, MV/HV systems)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously
