• *Shopify Developer – Recipe Hub & Content Hub**
• *Location preference:** UK-based strongly preferred
• *Project type:** Fixed scope with potential for ongoing work
---
• *About us**
We run JustNatural.co.uk — a UK DTC Shopify store specialising in natural, organic, and free-from products. We're looking for an experienced Shopify developer to build two new content hubs to help us grow organic traffic.
We actively avoid off-the-shelf app dependencies. We're happy for the hubs to be built as custom Shopify apps if that's the right approach — but we want solutions built specifically for us, not existing third-party products dropped into our store. Please only apply if you're comfortable building that way.
You'll be working alongside our existing developer, so clear communication and well-documented code are essential.

• *Scope of work**
• *1. Recipe Hub**
Build a fully functional recipe hub for our Shopify store. Requirements:
- Filter by category, dietary type, ingredients, etc.
- On-site search functionality
- Easy back-end recipe upload workflow for non-technical team members
- Product linking — each recipe should be able to feature and link to relevant products on our store
- SEO-friendly URL and page structure
• *2. Health News / Blog / Articles Hub**
Build a dedicated content hub for our Shopify store. Requirements:
- Filter by topic/category/tag
- On-site search
- Simple post upload workflow for the content team
- Clean, SEO-optimised page architecture
---
• *What we're looking for**
- Proven Shopify development experience (OS2.0 preferred)
- Comfortable building custom solutions — whether via Liquid/metaobjects or a bespoke Shopify app — rather than installing existing third-party apps
- Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Clear written communication — we're a small team
---
• *Please include in your proposal:**
- Relevant Shopify projects you've worked on
- Your proposed approach to each hub — custom Liquid build, bespoke app, or something else, and why
- Estimated cost and timeline for each of the two workstreams
- Your location
