SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The AgileOne Senior Solutions Architect (SSA) is a technical and solutions subject matter expert (SME) responsible for supporting implementations, providing guidance to other Solutions Architects (SAs) on the team, and supporting sales efforts. The SSA is expected to participate as a key team member on implementation teams, design program solutions which might include processes and technology configuration and provide extensive product knowledge and demonstrations.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
The SSA will function as a link between AgileOne verticals to ensure consistent delivery of AgileOne solutions and adherence to delivery methodologies. This position will be responsible to ensure that:

  1. All AgileOne vertical concerns are taken into consideration, as client solutions are being created and proposed.
  2. All applicable business verticals are aware of implementation-specific considerations
  3. Clients are provided with a picture of their current versus desired state as it relates to the proposed solution. The Solutions Architect will coach clients on AgileOne’s ability to provide such solutions through Implementation and Delivery established methods and available resources.
  4. Provide education and training in support of those standards and procedures.
