What You'll Do  We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ to manage, optimize, and enhance Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will own platform administration, CPQ configuration, automation, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions.  Responsibilities:  Administer and support Salesforce environments with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ.   Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ including Products, Price Books, Pricing Rules, Product Rules, Approval Processes, Quote Templates, and Advanced CPQ features.   Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.   Design and implement advanced automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow, and Approval Processes.   Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and security model.   Maintain data quality through data validation, imports, exports, and deduplication.   Support CPQ-related integrations with downstream systems (Billing, ERP, Finance).   Manage sandbox strategy, change sets, deployments, and release management.   Monitor system performance and proactively optimize configurations.   Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.   Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to improve quoting and sales processes.   Mentor junior admins and serve as a subject-matter expert for Salesforce CPQ.  What You Will Need to be Successful: Salesforce Administration (Users, Security, Reports, Dashboards)   Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MSC in CS  Salesforce Platform Developer I & II preferred  6+ years Salesforce development experience Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) – Required   Salesforce CPQ Specialist – Strongly Preferred  Salesforce CPQ Configuration & Administration   Flow Builder (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows)   Salesforce Data Management & Data Loader  Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics   Change Sets, Deployment and Release Management   Understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance  What You May Need to be Successful: Sales Cloud  Salesforce CPQ Service Cloud  Strong leadership and communication skills  Excellent problem-solving ability  Proven ability to manage multiple projects  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Strong documentation and process-orientation  Why Join Us at First Advantage?
