This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with a strong understanding of legal recruitment to join our internal team at Teams Squared. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying high-quality talent who not only meet role-specific qualifications but also align with the culture and needs of our clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier legal professionals across diverse practice areas, while also occasionally supporting recruitment for non-legal roles.

Responsibilities:


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, legal practice, or HR with a focus on legal roles preferred.

  • Strong understanding of various legal practice areas and the ability to assess technical legal skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through with candidates.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment (this role would be hybrid)
