This is a remote position.
Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
The Senior Recruiter will plan and execute strategic sourcing of candidates within the Healthcare sector using a wide variety of resources and conduct first-level screening calls with candidates.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Locating and sourcing active and passive job seekers in the healthcare industry through various sources, including the company database, social media, internet, professional networks, referrals, cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations etc. in order to constantly increase the number of candidates in the database
- Creating, categorizing, and maintaining hotlists of passive and active candidates on a daily basis
- Developing relationships with candidates over the phone and managing said candidates throughout their application process
- Demonstrating knowledge and excitement about our business and being able to answer candidate questions
- Supporting our recruiting processes as it relates to sourcing and identifying candidates
- Communicating progress and developing/executing innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies

Requirements
You must have at least two years of recent recruitment experience
You must be career-driven, open to learning new professional skills, and have a desire to grow within our company
