The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer who thrives on building relationships, delivering practical solutions, and operating at the highest level across the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the full spectrum of commercial property matters: acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord/tenant issues, and development project
- Negotiate, draft, and review a broad range of property contracts and agreements
- Manage due diligence and compliance for commercial property transactions
- Provide pragmatic, business-focused solutions to complex commercial property problems
- Build, maintain, and develop strong client relationships as a trusted adviser
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally 7+ years PQE in commercial property
- Proven experience with complex and high-value commercial property work, including lease negotiations, property sales and purchases, development projects, planning agreements, and conditional contracts
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to develop and grow your own practice
