Role Overview
The Senior Product Operations Analyst owns the end-to-end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership. The role brings structure, visibility, and control to a complex backlog aligned to approved business cases, shaping how demand is raised, assessed, and progressed.
What You Will Do
Organize existing demand, define clear standards for intake, documentation, and prioritization, and ensure all work is complete, governed, and ready before entering the backlog. Design and embed interim processes for intake, tracking, and reporting where tooling is still evolving.

Requirements
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within complex, matrixed environments
- Proven record of designing, owning, and materially improving intake, backlog, and operational processes
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
- Rigorous systems mindset, strong attention to detail and data integrity, with a clear focus on outcomes, visibility, and operational control
