Key Responsibilities
Design & Development of Engaging Learning Experiences
- Conceptualize, author, and publish high‑impact e‑learning modules using industry‑standard tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
- Blend digital, instructor‑led, and on‑the‑job performance support formats to create holistic curricula that address diverse learning preferences.
- Lead the end‑to‑end curriculum lifecycle—from needs analysis, content design, and prototype testing to final delivery and post‑implementation evaluation.

Project & Program Management Excellence
