You’ll play a key role in designing systems that are reliable by default, automated end-to-end, and trusted by engineering teams.</p><p>This is a hands-on role for someone who treats <strong>infrastructure as code, reliability as a feature, and automation as standard practice</strong>.</p><hr><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><span>Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure across AWS and GCP</span></p></li><li><p><span>Architect multi-cloud solutions with unified networking, observability, and cost strategies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own production environments, ensuring high availability and resilience</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Kubernetes & Platform Engineering</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage full lifecycle of Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, or self-managed)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and operate workloads using Deployments, StatefulSets, Jobs, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement autoscaling, high availability, and zero-downtime deployments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), and service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Infrastructure as Code</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Build and maintain scalable IaC using Terraform (expert level)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop reusable modules and manage environments at scale</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with tools like Pulumi, CDK, and Ansible where applicable</span></p></li></ul><p><span>CI/CD & Automation</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement advanced deployment strategies (canary, blue/green, feature flags)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Automate everything—from provisioning to deployments to operations</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Observability & Reliability</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Build full-stack observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and track SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead incident response and postmortems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan capacity based on growth and cost constraints</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Security & Compliance</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Implement security best practices (IAM, encryption, secrets management)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support compliance frameworks like SOC2 and ISO 27001</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integrate security scanning into CI/CD correctness</span></p><hr><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p></li></ul><p><span>Experience</span></p><ul><li><p><span>6–10 years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or similar roles</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing production systems at scale</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Core Skills</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong experience with AWS and working knowledge of GCP</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, GKE)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on with Terraform (or similar IaC tools)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building CI/CD pipelines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable with Bash or Python scripting</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advaced English </span></p></li></ul><p><span>DevOps & Operations</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to troubleshoot issues and handle production
