We are seeking an exceptional Senior Designer with deep expertise in Brand Design, UI/UX, and Creative Direction. This is a high-level role that bridges design strategy and execution—shaping digital experiences, strengthening brand identity, and ensuring cohesive, high-quality delivery across all platforms. You will lead the creative process end-to-end: from high-level UX strategy and research to visual design systems and digital marketing assets. We need a visionary who can also roll up their sleeves to ensure every pixel aligns with business goals and user needs. Location: Remote Engagement: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) → Potential to scale to Full-Time Schedule: Flexible, with overlap in CET Monthly Budget: Depending on level of experience What You’ll Do • Lead design projects from concept to delivery across web, mobile, and digital products. Create information architecture, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes. • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, including style guides, brand manuals, and visual frameworks that scale. • Conduct research and translate findings into actionable insights and wireframes to communicate design intent effectively. • Design and optimize digital marketing assets (landing pages, funnels, campaign creatives) with a dual focus on aesthetics and conversion. • Partner with stakeholders and marketing teams to define UX strategies, ensuring design decisions solve real business problems. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery. • Present design concepts clearly to internal teams and leadership, articulating the "why" behind every design decision. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves • Minimum 5+ years in a design role with a focus on UI/UX and Branding. • A proven track record of leading cross-functional design projects or managing creative teams. • Fluent in Figma (for UI/UX) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Strong understanding of the full UX lifecycle, from user research and usability testing to prototyping. • Ability to translate complex brand identities into cohesive, intuitive digital experiences. • Experience designing for performance-driven marketing, with an understanding of user behavior and conversion optimization. • Excellent presentation skills; able to discuss ideas with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Haves • Experience with motion design (After Effects). • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS basics). • Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or automated design workflows. • Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams.
