Key Responsibilities

- Implement robust data models that evolve with changing source schemas and emerging business processes, ensuring long‑term adaptability and reusability.

- Leverage big‑data technologies such as Hive, Presto, Spark, and Flink to process tens of millions of records daily, optimizing for latency, cost, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data quality frameworks, including automated validation, anomaly detection, and alerting mechanisms.
- Construct and evolve core business metrics (e.g., First‑Contact Resolution, Average Handling Time, Sentiment Scores) that drive operational excellence.
- Build custom visualization tools and dashboards that surface real‑time insights to analysts and senior leadership, enabling rapid decision‑making.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience building data pipelines with big‑data technologies (Hive, Presto, Spark, Flink) on medium to large‑scale datasets (tens of millions of records).
