Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the analytics roadmap for Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty Technology, aligning data initiatives with careerzynith’s broader business objectives.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Data Integration & Modeling: Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from diverse sources, ensuring high‑quality, reliable data pipelines for downstream analysis.
