global models for social change by engaging with communities. It is committed

About the role:
In this position with Roundglass Foundation, A proposal writer is responsible for researching and finding funding opportunities for an
organization and writing polished proposals to earn grant money for existing or new programme activities. The duties
include researching deadlines, drafting grant requests, and submitting reports for approval.
The proposal writer should work with the programme delivery teams on
the ground to be able to understand the programme delivery, impact creation and outcomes, to be able to weave the same into a storyline for writing a proposal for a donor who
is being met for approval within deadlines.
What you’ll do:The proposal writer should study and understand the history, structure, objectives, programs,
and financial needs of the organization.
She/ he should research grant
opportunities for the thematic areas of the organization, from different sources, including Punjabi Diaspora, CSR, Foundations, Individuals
She/ he should draft grant proposals and supporting documents based on the funding
requirements of the organization
Submit proposals to the fundraising team for approval
Respond to internal and external queries on drafted and submitted proposals.
Maintain records and submit reports related to grant opportunities
The proposal writer should work closely with the Foundation team to
understand the details and nuances of the program, outcomes, and impact creation through communication.
They should
be able to weave the same into a storyline in a proposal for a specific donor.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
Exhibits excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, PPT, and Excel.
Should be able to clearly communicate in both written and verbal communication, especially in grant proposals, as this would be a
primary duty
Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds,
