As we enter our next stage of growth, we’re expanding our outbound sales motion to complement our strong inbound engine. We’re looking for a SDR Manager who can roll up their sleeves, build from the ground up, and later scale a world-class team.

The Role

This is a player-coach role for someone who thrives on building systems, testing hypotheses, and using AI tools to drive efficiency. You’ll be the architect of Bettermode’s outbound engine, defining our ICP targeting, experimenting with messaging, and setting up automation that makes our sales development motion scalable and data-driven.

In the first 6-9 months, you’ll personally execute outbound campaigns to validate the model before hiring and leading your first SDRs. Over time, you’ll evolve into a leadership role focused on pipeline growth, enablement, and team performance.
