In this role, you will lead demand creation, account management, and business development activities, with a strong focus on strategic OEM accounts and channel partners. You’ll collaborate closely with our EMEA sales, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver innovative electronic solutions and drive sustainable growth.
What you’ll do:
Drive sales growth across the Nordic region, developing new business and expanding key accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with OEM customers, design engineers, and procurement teams
Lead impactful customer engagements—from product presentations to technical discussions and trainings
Own and grow strategic accounts and distributor partnerships, unlocking new opportunities
Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights on market trends and product needs with internal teams
Partner with distributors through joint visits, enablement, and collaboration
Represent Eaton at industry events and customer meetings, strengthening our presence in the market
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in sales (inside or outside), ideally within electronics or a technical environment
Skills:
A commercial mindset with a passion for winning and building relationships
Basic understanding of electronics (passive components such as inductors circuit protections, supercapacitors or similar is a plus)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (additional Nordic languages are a plus)
Ability to work independently while collaborating across an international, matrix organization
