Position Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified meetings with enterprise retailers, OEMs, and strategic partners.
This role is focused entirely on top-of-funnel pipeline development—identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and securing introductory meetings. Once a meeting is secured, opportunities are handed off to the VP of Strategic Partnerships for further development and execution.
This is a high-impact, revenue-adjacent role designed to accelerate KEH’s partnership pipeline and create consistent outbound momentum.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
Research and identify target retailers, OEMs, and strategic partners
Build and maintain accurate prospect contact lists
Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
Maintain consistent follow-up cadence
Track outreach activity, engagement, and response data
Meeting Generation
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Secure introductory or exploratory meetings with target partners
Coordinate scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
Prepare concise background summaries for the VP of Strategic Partnerships
Success Metrics
Number of qualified meetings booked per month
Meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate
Speed and consistency of prospect engagement
Ideal Profile
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development
Comfortable engaging senior-level retail and OEM stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, persistent, and self-directed
Ability to manage outreach cadence independently
Experience with CRM tools and outbound prospecting workflows preferred
