Role Overview
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our Sales Project, working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. This is an opportunity to combine a rewarding professional experience with the Greek lifestyle.
What You Will Do
Support and engage with customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat, promote and sell products or services, provide excellent service and resolve inquiries efficiently, collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project targets.

Requirements
- Spanish proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Previous sales experience (required) preferably in phone-based, B2C, or B2B environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve results
- Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
