We are looking for an experienced Rippling specialist to lead the implementation — or completion — of three core modules: HR Management, Recruiting, and IT Management. Our team is small (fewer than 20 full-time and around 10 part-time employees), so we need someone who understands the needs of SMEs and can deliver a clean, pragmatic setup without overengineering it.
You will assess our current Rippling setup, identify what's missing, and bring all three modules to a fully operational state — efficiently and within a manageable scope of work.
Requirements
Hands-on experience implementing Rippling, ideally for SMEs
Familiarity with the HR Management, Recruiting, and IT Management modules
Pragmatic, structured working style with a focus on getting things done
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
Fluent in English (required), German is a strong plus
