What You’ll Do: Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to own order management, commission reconciliation, and light collections across Salesforce and NetSuite. This role ensures accuracy and integrity across the quote-to-cash lifecycle—from deal close through invoicing, commission payout, and cash receipt. This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and RevOps and serves as a critical control point to ensure that booked revenue, commissions paid, and cash collected are fully aligned and auditable. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Management & Deal Audit • Review all Closed-Won opportunities prior to final booking to ensure: • Accurate products, pricing, terms, billing schedules, and revenue treatment • Correct opportunity ownership, splits, and commission eligibility • Validate alignment between Salesforce and NetSuite • Manage a structured Pending Review → Audited → Booked workflow • Partner with Finance to ensure clean handoff from opportunity to invoice • Audit all commissionable deals prior to payout: • Validate commission rates, splits, accelerators, and eligibility • Confirm invoices are issued and paid in NetSuite per commission policy • Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies with Sales and RevOps • Maintain clear audit trails supporting Finance and external audits 3. Light Collections & AR Support • Monitor past-due invoices in NetSuite • Conduct professional, relationship-aware outreach on overdue balances • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to unblock payment issues • Escalate risk accounts, trends, and aging concerns to Finance leadership 4.
