Dice is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to evaluate, enhance, and support an existing Zoho implementation for a large enterprise environment. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to review the current Zoho environment, develop improvement plans, implement enhancements, and create documentation, processes, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing Zoho implementation and recommend improvements
- Design, develop, test, and implement Zoho customizations and enhancements
- Develop workflows, automations, integrations, reports, and dashboards
- Create and execute testing plans for system changes and migrations
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Zoho solutions
- Collaborate with business users and project stakeholders
- Develop documentation, procedures, and support materials
- Ensure solutions align with Zoho best practices and supportability standards
Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho product suite
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics
- 3+ years of hands-on Deluge scripting experience
- 3+ years of JavaScript development experience within Zoho environments
- Experience developing workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Experience with APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations
- Experience building and working with XML files
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and support skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
