Canidium is seeking an experienced Xactly Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of Xactly suite solutions for their enterprise clients. This contract role focuses on high-quality technical execution and client-facing requirements gathering.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements for Xactly Incent and related modules
- Complete end-to-end solution design, rule writing, and configuration within the Xactly environment
- Execute rigorous system testing, troubleshoot logic gaps, and manage the deployment/production support phase
- Analyze existing Xactly results to identify and implement process improvements or custom technology solutions for complex business problems
- Produce clear, professional technical documentation for client handoffs
Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables independently with minimal supervision
- Strong professional presence with experience interacting with various management levels
- Experience with Connect, Reporting, or Extend is highly preferred
