Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical & non-technical Web3 roles
- Source candidates via Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and niche Web3 channels
- Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and refine role briefs
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across the ecosystem
Skills
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with Web3 and crypto-native communities
- Proactive sourcing skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and people instincts
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive remotely
- Experience hiring for crypto startups or DAOs
- Existing network in DeFi, infra, or Web3 talent pools
