They are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the integration process and act as a bridge between the M&A team and long-term operations, with a focus on building a national platform.
Responsibilities
- Build the Playbook: Refine and execute a repeatable integration playbook covering legal, HR, vendor transitions, and branding
- Systems Migration: Lead the migration of all acquired businesses to core tech stack
- Hands-on Leadership: Work directly with branch managers (former owners) to stabilize operations post-close and remove back-office burdens
- KPI Alignment: Establish dashboard to ensure daily visibility into performance
Skills
- 10+ years of experience including - PMI within an acquisitive company, Big Four PMI, management consulting, or PE portfolio operations
- Equally comfortable out in the field or in a local branch office, training staff and troubleshooting data migrations
- Experience leading successful change management initiatives
- Travel: up to 50%
