- Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- Conducting competitive analyses and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Bringing UX best practices and design guidelines to the table while ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards
- Supporting iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing experiences
- Incorporating stakeholder feedback and leveraging user-centered design principles to deliver effective solutions
Skills
- Proficiency with Figma and experience designing responsive web experiences are required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
- Mid-level with 3–6 years of experience
