Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a TOC Analyst I to provide frontline monitoring and escalation support. The role involves using monitoring tools and established runbooks to ensure effective incident management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor (SolarWinds) dashboards and validate alerts
- Follow runbooks for initial troubleshooting
- Create accurate incident tickets
- Support Tier 2 escalations
Skills
- 1–2+ years IT support or operations
- Familiarity with SolarWinds
- Familiarity with IT Ticketing Systems (Ivanti, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, reliable
- ITIL Foundation
- Network+
