AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Product Development. This role will involve partnering with various teams to drive execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of medium-to-large cross-functional projects from strategy through delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, decision-making discussions, and stakeholder communication
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
- Track project health and proactively remove roadblocks impacting delivery
- Support Agile practices and improve project management processes across teams
- Ensure execution aligns with program goals and business outcomes
Skills
- 3–7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in technical or software development environments
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving accountability across teams
- Experience supporting software/SaaS product development
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project collaboration tools
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications
