Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ARRO is a SaaS platform focused on emergency management and the National Guard, seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product delivery for their key government clients. This role involves managing the enterprise roadmap, collaborating with client-facing teams, and ensuring clear communication of priorities and timelines to clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Strategic Account Manager to serve enterprise clients, owning the product and delivery relationship while the AM owns the broader account relationship
- Own the enterprise roadmap, translating client priorities into well-scoped, clearly documented requirements the engineering team can execute against
- Provide weekly roadmap updates and written status reports to clients, keeping them informed and their leadership confident in ARRO's delivery
- Lead quarterly on-site engagements with clients, facilitating sprint planning sessions, live demos, and roadmap reviews
- Function as the product owner within the enterprise pod - writing user stories, managing the backlog, and participating actively in sprint ceremonies
- Serve as the filter between client requests and ARRO's product vision, identifying what has platform value, what's client-specific, and what shouldn't be built at all
- Partner with ARRO's engineering manager and product team to ensure enterprise work stays aligned with platform architecture and standards
Skills
- 4–7 years in a product management, technical PM, or solutions engineering role at a SaaS company
- Direct experience working alongside client-facing teams in an enterprise environment
- Comfortable in agile/sprint environments - you know how to write a user story and run a backlog without being told to
- Technical fluency - you don't need to write code, but you need to understand APIs, integrations, and platform architecture well enough to have real conversations with engineers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication - you can explain a complex system to a non-technical stakeholder and a complex requirement to a developer
- US-based with ability to travel quarterly
- Experience working with state or federal government clients
- Background in emergency management, public safety, or defense-adjacent software
- Experience in an early-stage or growth-stage SaaS environment where you've had to build process, not just follow it
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to government software (FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST)
