Position Overview

This full‑time, 100% remote position reports to the Customer Support Supervisor within careerzynith’s Customer Service and Support (CSS) team. You will handle inbound calls routed through an Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), respond to system‑generated emails, and place outbound calls when follow‑up is required. The role demands a blend of technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people.
